Riders Alliance, Inc. is an organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Donations to Riders Alliance, Inc. are used to mobilize citizens, coordinate voter education, conduct issue-based legislative campaigns, and advocate on behalf of mass transit riders, and are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.  As a new organization, Riders Alliance, Inc. has not yet filed an annual report with the New York State Attorney General’s Office but will do so no later than April 15, 2026.  Additional information on New York State charities may be found on the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau website at www.charitiesnys.com or by calling the Charities Bureau at (212) 416-8686.  Prefer to make a tax-deductible donation?  Donate to Riders Alliance Fund, Inc.
